In addition to overnight care, Simply Sleep offers a small selection of nurse-led services designed to support families during key transition points in the newborn period.

Essential Care

Ideal for families seeking trusted, professional overnight support during the newborn stage. Essential Care provides the reassurance of having a licensed Registered Nurse thoughtfully guiding your baby’s nights while you rest.

Your nurse will manage feedings, monitor your infant, and approach wakings in a developmentally appropriate way that supports the early formation of healthy sleep habits.

This tier allows parents to recover physically, protect their mental wellbeing, and wake feeling more prepared to enjoy the daytime hours with their baby.

Signature Care

Our most requested experience, Signature Care, is designed for families who desire a more comprehensive level of overnight support paired with thoughtful household assistance related to their baby’s care.

In addition to expert night nursing, this tier reduces the mental load many new parents feel by ensuring the small yet meaningful tasks are handled before morning arrives.

Families who choose Signature Care often describe their home as feeling calmer, more organized, and fully supported.

The Simply Sleep Foundations™ Package
An Exclusive Education Add-On

For families who desire deeper guidance and a proactive approach to their baby’s sleep, The Simply Sleep Foundations Package offers direct access to Sasha’s clinical expertise and specialized sleep knowledge.

This highly personalized educational experience works alongside your overnight care, helping you understand not only what supports great sleep — but why it matters and how to confidently implement it as your baby grows.

Rather than reacting to sleep challenges after they arise, this package focuses on shaping healthy patterns from the very beginning.

The First 48 Home Visit

Each First 48 Home Visit is personally conducted by Sasha Scanlon, Registered Nurse and Founder of Simply Sleep, ensuring your family receives expert, individualized guidance during those important first days at home.

This 90-minute visit is ideally scheduled within 48 hours of arriving home and bridges the gap between the hospital stay and your baby’s first pediatrician appointment. Families receive hands-on guidance, weight checks, feeding and lactation support, and individualized education tailored to their baby and household.

Especially valuable for first-time parents or families seeking early reassurance and professional guidance.

Healthy Sleep Habits Consultations

One-on-one sleep consultations with Sasha focused on establishing healthy, age-appropriate sleep foundations during the first four months of life.

Together, we create a personalized plan that aligns with your baby’s development and your family’s goals — without rigid methods or one-size-fits-all approaches. These sessions are ideal for families seeking proactive guidance, clarity, and confidence as sleep patterns begin to emerge.​​

Two service options are available to meet families at different stages of their feeding journey, providing compassionate, evidence-based guidance when it matters most.

Baby Registry Curation

Take the stress out of baby preparation with a thoughtfully curated registry tailored to your family’s needs.

We create a streamlined, nurse-approved registry featuring trusted product recommendations — including sleep and non-sleep essentials — so you can feel confident you’re choosing practical, safe, and supportive items without overwhelm.

Perfect for first-time parents or families who value a simplified, intentional approach to baby gear.

When is the Right Time to Reserve Overnight Care?

We recommend reserving your due date during the late months of your first trimester/early months of your second trimester whenever possible.

Because Simply Sleep maintains a boutique care model and accepts a limited number of families each month, availability often fills several months in advance — particularly during peak birth seasons.

Early reservation allows us to thoughtfully plan your nursing schedule, understand your preferences, and ensure a seamless transition once your baby arrives.

While we occasionally accommodate shorter timelines, families who inquire earlier typically enjoy the greatest flexibility when selecting their preferred level of support.
