Night Nursing

Our most popular service. Overnight newborn care for infants ages 0-4 months, provided by our highly trained Registered Nurses. Night nursing support allows parents to rest while ensuring their newborn’s needs are met safely and expertly overnight. Care is individualized to your baby

and family and focuses on reinforcing healthy sleep habits from the very beginning. Ages 0-4 months. 

 

Healthy Sleep Consultation

One-on-one sleep consultations with Sasha, focused on building healthy, age appropriate sleep

foundations during the first 4 months of life. Together, we create a customized plan and schedule that aligns with your baby’s development and your family’s goals-without rigid methods or one-size-fits-all approaches

Baby Registry Creation

Take the Stress out of baby prep. We curate a personalized baby registry featuring our trusted, nurse-approved product recommendations, including sleep and non-sleep essentials. Perfect for

first-time parents of families wanting a streamlined, practical registry without overwhelm.

Travel Package

Going on a trip with your little one and need an extra set of hands? Do you want to continue healthy sleep habits with your baby while you take a much needed vacation or go to visit family? This package is customizable to you and your travel needs. Contact us for more information and pricing. 

Fresh 48- Home Visit

An RN- led, in home newborn education and support visit designed to help families feel confident during the critical first days after hospital discharge. This 90-minute visit, scheduled ideally within 48 hours of arriving home, bridges the gap between the hospital and your first pediatrician appointment by providing hands-on guidance, education, weight checks, lactation support and general reassurance modified to your baby. Ideal for first-time parents or families wanting early

support.

In Home Lactation Consultation

Breastfeeding and pumping can be challenging- you don’t have to navigate it alone. Our

experienced Lactation Consultant provides in-home support tailored to your specific needs, whether you’re just getting started or troubleshooting challenges.

Ashley Barie is a mom of 3 and a pediatric sleep specialist at MyBaby Sleepology certified through the Pediatric Sleep Academy, helping 0-5 year olds. She is a former elementary education teacher that turned into a stay at home mom who knows all too well the importance of sleep for the development of little ones. After teaching her oldest to become a phenomenal sleeper, and seeing how life changing it was for her family she continued to learn more about baby and toddler sleep, with a science-based and customized approach. Ashley is a firm believer that all children can be great sleepers and that healthy sleep for the entire family is extremely important! Lower cry tolerance? No problem, Ashley's got you for all your toddler sleep needs!
