Service Guidelines
These guidelines exist to support a seamless experience for your household while honoring the time and expertise of the Simply Sleep team.
To preserve the exceptional level of care Simply Sleep is known for, we maintain a small number of thoughtfully established guidelines. These allow our team to operate with professionalism and consistency while ensuring every family receives the attentive support they deserve.
Reservation of Services
Your scheduled nights are reserved exclusively for your family. Once confirmed, our team prepares staffing and clinical coverage in advance to support your care seamlessly.
Cancellation Notice
Should you need to cancel a scheduled shift, we kindly request advance notice whenever possible.
-
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to a scheduled shift will incur a 50% charge.
-
Cancellations made within 72 hours of a scheduled shift will be charged in full

This policy reflects the reserved nature of our nurses’ time and the limited ability to offer those hours to another family on short notice.
Refund Policy
Because services are reserved specifically for your household, Simply Sleep is unable to provide refunds for completed or scheduled care. If challenges arise, we are committed to addressing them promptly and thoughtfully to ensure your experience remains a positive one.
Holiday Scheduling
Major holidays are not typically scheduled so our clinical staff may spend time with their families. Should your household require care on a holiday, we are happy to accommodate requests whenever possible. Holiday shifts are subject to an adjusted rate.
Health & Wellness Considerations
The wellbeing of both our families and our clinical team is a shared priority.
If illness is present within the home, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible so appropriate precautions can be taken. Likewise, Simply Sleep nurses will refrain from working if they are experiencing symptoms of illness and will follow current health guidelines before returning to care.
Documentation Requirements
Signed agreements and completed onboarding forms are required prior to the start of services. This allows us to prepare thoughtfully for your family and deliver care aligned with your preferences from the very first night.
Communication of Concerns
Your comfort and confidence matter deeply to us. If a concern arises at any point during your service, we encourage open communication so it may be resolved with care, professionalism, and discretion.
Our goal is always the same — to provide a calm, supportive experience that allows your family to feel exceptionally well cared for.
